My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/WhatsApp/email. You can track your shipment in real time using the courier partner’s tracking link. If the delivery is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact Eronix Support and we’ll assist you immediately.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Deliveries depend on the courier partner’s working schedule. In most cases, deliveries are not made on public holidays or Sundays. Orders placed during holidays are processed on the next working day.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

Yes, Eronix delivers across most locations in India. You can check service availability by entering your pincode at checkout. If your area is not serviceable, our team will inform you before dispatch.

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

Next-day or express delivery is available only in select cities and locations, subject to product availability and order confirmation time. Refurbished laptops usually require quality checks, so standard delivery timelines apply. Please contact us to confirm express delivery for your location.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

Yes, someone must be available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the order. If you are unavailable, you may authorize a family member or colleague to accept the delivery on your behalf.
